What will this workshop cover?

Where do our stories get written? And where to begin to write our own?  Writing is a therapy and an art. Understanding writing censors, symbolism, dream writing. We will do immersive writing practices within the session, while learning to listen and identify our themes, archetypes and patterns. I will also share effective writing prompts, writing meditations, best practices for maintaining writing discipline and how one can bring Writing Therapy in their own therapy sessions.

What will you get at end of the Workshop?

Learn hands-on, practical and therapeutic tools to integrate your brain, body, mind and spirit and cosmos. Discover the anatomy of our story and develop a new screenplay/script for radical living.
