Your aura is thought to be a luminous body that surrounds your physical one. Each layer — and any problems in them — surrounds your body in a net of energy. So how do you read an aura?
First, defocus and refocus your eyes for a few minutes before you begin.
Then close your eyes and allow them to rest.
When you feel ready, place your hand in front of a solid-colored background, preferably black or white.
Relax your gaze and focus on the center of your hand.
Next, start paying attention to your peripheral vision.
At first, you may see a blurred color surrounding your hand. It may be blue, gray, or white or you might not see any color.
With practice, you will be able to see a wide range of colors and the aura will start appearing larger and solid.
