Q: About the Session :  Inner Child and Money

A:  The concept of the inner child and money explores the relationship between our past experiences, emotions, and beliefs surrounding money and how they influence our present financial behavior and attitudes.

  • The inner child represents the emotional and psychological aspects of our childhood selves that continue to reside within us into adulthood. It encompasses our early experiences, beliefs, and emotions, both positive and negative, which shape our perceptions of ourselves and the world around us.
  • Traumatic or challenging experiences during childhood, such as financial instability, neglect, or messages about money being scarce or evil, can create wounds in our inner child. These wounds can manifest as deep-seated fears, insecurities, or dysfunctional patterns in our relationship with money.

Lets explore with Sarita Menon how our inner child has an impact on your experiences around money.
