In the transformative 8x8 family constellation setup, a group of 8 participants embarks on an empowering journey together over the course of 8 weeks. Each week, one participant steps into the role of the client, while the remaining members serve as representatives, offering their support and insights. Rotating roles ensure that every participant has the opportunity to receive healing and guidance while also providing valuable support to others in the group. Sarita Menon is a certified therapist in the transformative practice of Family Constellation through the esteemed Healing Circles program. After a successful career as a Chartered Accountant, Sarita discovered her true passion and purpose as a Family Constellation Facilitator in 2023.

​Pioneering her journey, Sarita was among the inaugural cohort at Healing Circles, where she honed her skills and deepened her understanding of this powerful modality.
