Rozina Bhatia is the co-founder of Joining Hands and Healing Circles. Before embarking on this journey, she achieved success as the CEO of Think People, her own recruitment business. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Rozina emerged as a torchbearer, inspiring and leading a vibrant community dedicated to seeking and sharing healing together. Jaya Nair brings a wealth of experience from the corporate world, where she cultivated expertise in human resources, specializing in behavioral patterns and skills training.
