What is an 8*8 Family Constellation?

In the transformative 8x8 family constellation setup, a group of 8 participants embarks on an empowering journey together over the course of 8 weeks. Each week, one participant steps into the role of the client, while the remaining members serve as representatives, offering their support and insights. Rotating roles ensures that every participant has the opportunity to receive healing and guidance while also providing valuable support to others in the group. Through this collaborative process, each gains profound insights, experiences deep healing, and fosters meaningful connections with fellow participants. Together, they embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, navigating the complexities of family dynamics and uncovering pathways to healing and transformation.

8*8 Workshop Rules -

1. No Changes in Batches: Participants cannot switch to a different batch, once a batch is assigned.

2. No Refunds: Refunds will not be provided if cancellation occurs within 7 days before the workshop start date.

3. Missed Sessions: If you miss your assigned slot for a session, it cannot be rescheduled or made up.

Who is the Facilitator?

Sarita Menon, a certified Family Constellation therapist, transitioned from a successful career as a Chartered Accountant to pursue her true passion in 2023. Trained through the esteemed Healing Circles program, Sarita combines professional expertise with heartfelt dedication, guiding individuals and families toward healing and harmony.
