Eshanye K. P. is a Bangalore-based psychotherapist and life coach. She has over 20 years of experience in IT with expertise in psychology. Her practice integrates meditation, counseling, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, and family constellation. Certified in Transpersonal Regression Therapy, Eashanye focuses on the mind-body connection for holistic well-being.
